1. General terms and conditions
1.1. Kopli Couture e-store is selling the products available at the stores owned by Patsy & Eddie OÜ.
1.2. These terms and conditions shall apply to the legal relationships arising between the customer (hereinafter the Customer) and Patsy & Eddie OÜ (hereinafter the Seller), the owner of the purchasing environment available on the website www.tallinnvintage.ee (hereinafter the E-store) in connection with purchasing of the Products from the E-store. In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relationships arising from purchasing of the Products from the E-store shall also be governed by the acts of law applicable in the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. The Seller shall have the right to make amendments to the terms and conditions of use of the E-store and change the prices of the Products and services. The Seller shall announce any amendments or changes on the website www.tallinnvintage.ee. The terms and conditions as well as prices in force at the time of concluding a transaction shall be applied to the transaction.

2. Prices
2.1. All prices displayed in the E-store are in Euros. Patsy & Eddie OÜ does not currently charge VAT.
2.2. The prices of the Products and the discounts may differ from the selection, prices and discounts offered at the retail stores of the Company.
2.3 The prices don’t include the shipping costs. Shipping costs are specified in the order sum at Checkout for the customers to review before confirming the order.
2.4 If the Customer orders Products for delivery outside of the European Union please note that the Customer’s purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by the customer.
2.5 Web store price list is valid for timely paid invoices. Web store has the right to change the prices indicated on website. All the changes will be published online on tallinnvintage.ee website and will come into effect immediately after their publication.
2.6 Should the order be placed before the price change occurred, the Customer is obligated to pay the price which was in force at the time of placing the order.
3. Products
3.1. As a rule, the Products displayed in the E-store are available in the warehouse/at the Seller’s stores. The availability of the above mentioned Products cannot be guaranteed as it may be misleading due to potential technical software problems.
3.2. If the Customer places an order but the Seller does not hold the product ordered, the E-store is unable to fulfil the order. In such cases, the amount of the purchase price shall be immediately refunded to the Customer as soon as the unavailability of the product becomes known.
3.3. The photos of the Products displayed in the E-store are illustrative and may unintentionally slightly differ from the actual appearance of the Products.
4. Purchasing
4.1. The Customer shall select a desired Product in the E-store and add it to the Shopping Bag by clicking on the button “Add to bag”.
4.2. To place the order, the Customer shall proceed to the Shopping Bag page: having selected shopping bag from the menu bar, click on the button “View bag”, after which the Customer shall be redirected to the page for placing the order.
4.3. Having entered the required information and checked the accuracy of given information, the Customer shall confirm the order by clicking “Place order”. This operation shall confirm the order and the order shall be sent to the Seller.
4.4. The Customer shall immediately pay for the Product through a link to an online bank and confirm the payment to the Seller by clicking on the button “Return to the merchant”.
4.5. When the Product has been paid for, the E-store shall send an order confirmation to the Customer’s e-mail address.
4.6. Upon placing an order, the Customer shall enter correct information required for fulfilling the order.
4.7. The Seller shall not be liable for inability to fulfil an order due to incorrect information entered by the Customer upon placing an order or any consequences arising therefrom.
4.8. The Seller has the right to refuse to fill the order if there is a doubt the data presented to the Seller is incorrect or if the conduct is not in accordance with good practice.
5. Payment methods
5.1. Orders can be paid for securely by using links to Estonian banks (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop), by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Pocopay) or by PayPal. It is also possible to pay in cash on pick up.
5.2. Payments are made outside of the E-store environment, in the safe payment environment of the service provider Maksekeskus AS.
5.3. The Seller shall have no access to the Customer’s bank details or credit card details.
6. Using the gift card in the online shop
6.1. All gift cards issued by Patsy & Eddie OÜ that have a hidden online pin code can be used in the online shop.
6.2. The gift card can be used by adding the gift cards online pin code to the Shopping Bag’s Gift Card field.
6.3. If you click the button Place order, but do not pay for the Order, the amount used from the gift card will be held for up to 2 hours. After this time has passed, the gift card can be used again.
6.4. The Shopping Bag allows you to choose the amount you wish to pay by using the gift card. If the purchase amount falls short of the usable amount on the gift card, the sum exceeding the purchase amount will stay on the gift card to be used at another date. If the purchase amount exceeds the usable amount on the gift card, the shortfall must be paid by using the payment options in the Shopping Bag.
6.5. In case of returns, the amount paid by a gift card will be refunded to the Customer’s e-mail in the form of an electronic gift card. The electronic gift card can be used in all the shops and online shop that belong to Patsy & Eddie OÜ.
6.6. In case of a partial return, the amount paid by other means will be refunded first and only then, if necessary, the amount paid by the gift card.
7. Delivery
7.1. The Customer can choose between various methods for delivery of the Product. The delivery time of the Product depends on the postal service selected by the Customer.
7.2. Web store ships worldwide with a regular recorded post. Once your order is shipped we will let you know and send you the tracking code.
7.3. In the case of selecting Omniva or SmartPOST parcel terminal as the delivery method, the Product shall arrive at the parcel terminal selected by the Customer within 5 working days after the date on which the order confirmation is sent to the Customer’s e-mail address.
The Customer shall be notified of arrival of the Product at the parcel terminal by SMS and e-mail, which shall include the code for opening the door and the location of the parcel terminal. The Product shall be stored in the parcel terminal for 7 calendar days. After expiry of the above mentioned period, the Product shall be returned to the E-store. In the event of the Customer’s failure to pick up the Product within the above mentioned period, the Customer shall be required to cover the expenses related to repeated delivery of the Product.
7.4. In the case of selecting Post office as the delivery method, the Product shall arrive at the post office selected by the Customer within 5 working days from the date on which the order confirmation is sent to the Customer’s e-mail address. Upon arrival of the Product at the post office, the Customer shall be notified by a text message containing information about the post office from where the Customer can retrieve the Product. The Product shall be stored at the post office for 14 calendar days. After expiry of the above mentioned period, the Product shall be returned to the E-store.
7.5. In the case of selecting Courier as the delivery method, the Product shall arrive at the address specified by the Customer within 5 working days from the date on which the order confirmation is sent to the Customer’s e-mail address. A courier shall contact the Customer by phone and coordinate a suitable time for delivery. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the parcel shall be stored at the post office of the Customer’s place of residence and the Customer shall be sent a notice regarding arrival of the parcel by an e-mail to the Customer’s e-mail address or by a non-priority letter to the Customer’s mailbox. The product shall be stored at the post office for 14 calendar days. In the event of the Customer’s failure to pick up the Product within the above mentioned period, the Customer shall be required to cover the expenses related to repeated delivery of the Product.
7.6. If an order is placed by the Customer during on a public holiday, the period of 5 working days shall commence at 11:00 a.m. on the first working day after a public holiday.
7.7. Prior to placing an order, the Customer shall check the accuracy of the contact details entered to prevent any delays or misunderstandings in delivery of the Product. The Seller shall not be held liable for any delays or misunderstandings arising in the course of delivery of the Product if the delay or misunderstanding is caused by inaccurate or incorrect details entered by the Customer upon placing the order.
7.8. In the event of the Product failing to reach the Customer in a good condition and in a closed package, the Customer shall notify the E-store by sending an e-mail to the address kopli.couture@gmail.com or by calling +372 5530811.
7.9. The shipping can take up to 7-9 working days for European countries and 21 working days to everywhere else. Usually it doesn’t take that long, though. Please contact us in case you haven’t received your parcel in that timeframe.
8. Returning
8.1. After receiving the Product the Customer has the right to familiarise with it during 14 days time. If for some reason the Customer is not satisfied with the purchased Product, he/she has the right to return it in 14 days time by sending the Seller an email (preferably with explanation) to kopli.couture@gmail.com.
All of Products are carefully measured, well inspected and described as accurately and honest as possible, so that the Customer can make a well-thought decision prior to their purchase.
8.2. The Product must be sent back in its original package and condition. The Customer has to ensure that the Product being returned is unused and in perfect condition. Please note that unused means that there are no marks or damage on the item. The Seller will not accept Products with any indication that it was used by the Customer. In such cases, the Products will be returned to the Customer.
8.3. When returning the Product as specified in Clause 8.1 and 8.2 the Seller will return the sum paid for the order (but client pays the fees for the shipping and delivery). The due sum is to be transferred to the customer’s bank account not later than 14 days after receiving the client’s return claim, provided the product has been returned by the same deadline, i.e. during 14 days. The Product can be returned to a regular store free of charge.
8.4. Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.
8.5. The Customer shall always open a Product’s packaging carefully, without causing any damage. If packaging cannot be opened without damaging the packaging, the Customer shall not be required to return the Product in the original packaging.
9. Copyright
9.1 All the content available on the E-store, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, video and audio clips (the “Content”) is the property of the Seller and is protected by Estonian and international copyright laws.
9.2 It is not allowed to use, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, modify, or otherwise exploit the Content in full or in part, for any purpose without linking the original source.
10. Privacy policy
10.1 The Customer hereby gives the Seller the right to use certain personal information. Information that is provided while performing a purchase is collected by the E-store in order to fulfil the Customer’s order and to develop the service provided to the customer.
10.2 The E-store may collect the following data: Customer’s name, company name (when applicable), address, e-mail, phone number, payment method and purchased product information (including size).
10.3 The Seller shall store the Customer’s contact details entered by the Customer in the course of making purchases and information about the purchases made. This information shall be treated as confidential and processed in conformity with the Personal Data Protection Act. The personal data which are required for delivery of the Products to the Customer shall be disclosed to the company providing the courier service.
10.4 Customer’s personal information is protected by all security measures required by law. Web store will not forward the personal information to any third parties, unless it is obligatory under the law.
10.5 The data communication between the Customer and banks and the Card Centre of Banks is encrypted, which ensures security of the Customer’s personal data and bank details.
Payments are made outside of the environment of the E-store, in the secure payment environment of the selected bank or service provider. The E-store shall not have access to the Customer’s bank details or credit card details.
10.6 The personal data shall be processed by Patsy & Eddie OÜ, Luise 7-1, Tallinn, 10142. Reg. No. 14585458.
10.7 The Seller store may send the customer special offers, newsletters and questionnaires via the email provided upon placing the order if the customer agrees to this.
11. Liability and Force Majeure
11.1 The Seller and the Customer are mutually liable for any damage caused to another party by not complying to the present terms in amount and in cases provided for by the applicable European Union legislative acts unless the damage incurred is be caused by circumstances beyond the control and could not have possibly foreseen (Force Majeure).
11.2 The Seller liability connected to any products acquired through the E-store is strictly limited to the buying price of the products.
11.3 Any links to other websites which are not operated by the Seller is out of our control and we accept no responsibility for them.
12. Governing Law
12.1 All matters not covered by the present terms are to be resolved based on the applicable legislative acts of Estonian Republic.
12.2 All the disputes between the Customer and Patsy & Eddie OÜ regarding ordering and buying products from the E-store are to be resolved by negotiations. Should the compromise not be reached, the Parties have the right to turn to Customer Protection Department or Harju Maakohus (Harju County Court) in order to protect their rights.
